Zehra Gülay Kavame

An expert on corporations, comparative corporate governance, multinationals, foreign direct investment, and financial statement analysis, Zehra has scholarly publications in law reviews and SSRN.

After studying Business Administration at Istanbul University (BBA) and working in finance and accounting for several years, Zehra Gülay Kavame studied law at Bahçeşehir University (LL.B.) and Columbia Law School (LL.M.). During the time she worked as a postdoctoral research scholar at Columbia Law School, she focused on foreign direct investment and sustainable development in addition to working with the team advising to resource rich governments on multi-year investment plans.
